Join the TAS Rock Art Recording team on a very special day trip out to the Carson Reservoir. This is a rare opportunity to view this private property site and there will not be a lot of difficult walking. Most sites are accessible by car.
Details:
§ Fairly high clearance cars needed. We can drive to most sites, but wear fairly good shoes.
§ Bring water and perhaps something to eat, since we will be about 3 - 4 hours.
§ Bring bug spray - the noseeums are pretty bad, so cover up, even though it may be hot.
§ Wear long pants and long sleeve shirts, and a hat. Perhaps a walking sticks for possible snakes.
§ Meet for carpooling at the Solar Center (KTAO) at 8:30 AM, Saturday, July 17th.
