Dixon Summer Archaeology Lecture Series continues Wednesday, July 18th, Embudo Valley Library, 7pm. 

Dr. Arlene Rosen, geoarchaeologist and Professor of Anthropology at the University of Texas, studies, among other topics, the origins of agriculture.  Her talk is entitled:    "Global Warming and GM Crops, 10,000 BC: The Making of the First Farmers in the Ancient Near East.”  See you there, and hold the date of July 25th also, for our next lecture.
